We purchased out first home through Richard and were very enthusiastic over his knowledge of the market and his attitude towards clients.
It was through that knowledge that we were able to make an informed decision about the property we eventually purchased, and more so it guided and prepared us for the challenges that arise through home ownership. His attitude that the needs of the client come first, comforted us as we were not pressured into a given home. Further it allowed a degree of comfort in that we were not simply a commission. |
